Extremal problems in Euclidean combinatorial geometry

Abstract. I will talk about several problems in the intersection of extremal combinatorics and Euclidean geometry. Recent results on the Steiner tree problem, Gilbert-Steiner problem, and Nelson-Hadwiger problem will be presented.
