“Trends in Combinatorial Ring Theory”
September 20-24, 2021, IMI-BAS, Sofia, Bulgaria
The International Conference “Trends in Combinatorial Ring Theory” is organized by IMI-BAS and by the Institute of Mathematics, Statistics and Scientific Computing at State University of Campinas, Brazil and is dedicated to the 70th anniversary of Academician Vesselin Drensky.
The conference will be held as a hybrid event, i.e., some of the talks will be given online using the ZOOM platform and some of the talks will be given in person at IMI-BAS. The main topics of the conference include Combinatorial and Computational Ring Theory, Group Theory, Theory of PI-algebras, Commutative and Noncommutative Invariant Theory, Lie and Jordan Algebras and Superalgebras, Matrix Algebras.
There will be also a special issue of the Turkish Journal of Mathematics, dedicated to Vesselin Drensky.
